Surface Area
I enjoyed working with Hannah today!! We were calculating the surface area of prisms. The formula we used was SA = ph + 2B . This means that the surface area is equal to two times the area of the base added to the perimeter times the height.

Ellipse
I enjoyed talking to Miles about ellipses yesterday afternoon. We discussed the formula, major and minor axes, the value of a and b and the location of the foci. Check out this video on youtube...
